Bryan Bros I’ll Tap Official Ruling Wesley Bryan

Nice to see we now have some official rules for the Wesley Bryan I’ll Tap way of putting.

Wesley – One half of Bryan Bros Golf on YouTube started tapping in putts from around the 2ft to 5ft region without going to too much trouble of lining them up and saying I’ll Tap just before doing so, sometimes with hilarious results and infuriating his brother George.

Others started doing it, but sometimes taking far more care than Wesley

ie. taking too long, taking practice strokes, lining the ball up, not saying “I’ll Tap”, etc.

Fortunately the Bryan Bros have now published the official rules to I’ll Tap

Official Rules for I’ll Tap Wesley Bryan Bryan Bros Golf

• Must be outside of 2 feet.
• One practice stroke allowed.
• Ball can be marked and replaced to remove dirt.
• You cannot back off the putt and No caddie involvement allowed.
• When you say I’ll Tap it must have some pizazz.
